Our Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the web application provided by ReturnSimple ("ReturnSimple") for product returns. By using the ReturnSimple web application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ReturnSimple provides services to facilitate the processing and management of product returns. ReturnSimple does not manufacture or sell products and is not responsible for any defects or issues with products. ReturnSimple is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the ReturnSimple web application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the ReturnSimple web application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to use the ReturnSimple web application in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

3. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account to use the ReturnSimple web application. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

4. Intellectual Property

ReturnSimple owns all intellectual property rights in the web application, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. You may not use any of ReturnSimple's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReturnSimple is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the web application. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Packaging

  • ReturnSimple is responsible for handling all aspects of packaging for eligible returns, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring that items are properly secured and protected during transit.
  • Communicate with you about your return status and any necessary updates.
  • ReturnSimple reserves the right to determine the appropriate packaging materials and methods to be used for each return shipment, based on the size, weight, and fragility of the item(s) being returned.
  • ReturnSimple is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit due to insufficient or inadequate packaging by the customer.
  • The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the item(s) being returned, including their dimensions, weight, and any special handling instructions.
  • ReturnSimple is not responsible for any delay or loss of items due to incorrect or incomplete packaging information provided by the customer.

7. Liability

You understand that there is an inherent risk in delivery (and related services) and there is potential for returned goods, packages, and related items to get lost or damaged. ReturnSimple will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances, they do happen, will work with you to help rectify the situation, as long as you provide us with written notification identifying the concern within fourteen (14) days of you receiving notice. ReturnSimple will help rectify damaged returns to the extent the damage was not caused due to inadequate padding, cushioning, wrapping, and/or packaging by you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, ReturnSimple’ aggregate liability in no event shall exceed the amount of $1,000. ReturnSimple is not liable for any issues related to product return. Please contact the platform from which you have purchased the item regarding any such issues.

8. Billing

Non-Refund Policy: All purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered by our company, including but not limited to subscription plans, digital downloads, and physical products. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Auto-Renew Subscription: Some of our subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. This means that the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, and the customer's payment method will be charged accordingly. To avoid auto-renewal, customers must cancel their subscriptions before the end of the billing cycle. Termination of Subscription: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined on our platform. Upon cancellation, the customer will retain access to the subscribed product or service until the end of the current billing cycle. ReturnSimple may use a third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor") to link their credit card account to the Services. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the Services will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit card issuer in addition to these Terms. ReturnSimple is not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReturnSimple and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the web application.

10. Termination

ReturnSimple may terminate your access to the web application at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

ReturnSimple may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website.

13. Customer Consent

Please note that by providing your phone number for package delivery, you are consenting to receive SMS updates regarding the status and whereabouts of your package. These updates may include delivery notifications, tracking information, and other relevant package details.
